PsyMetric® is a product of BetterSpace ("we", "us", "our"). We provide a platform for creating, administering, and scoring psychometric assessments.
Account information: Email address and name when you sign up or sign in with Google.
Assessment data: Assessments you create, including questions, scoring rules, and interpretations.
Response data: When someone takes an assessment, we collect their answers, and optionally their name and email if the assessment is not anonymous.
Computed scores: Scores and interpretation labels generated from responses.
Usage data: Basic analytics about how you use the platform (page views, feature usage).
To provide and operate the PsyMetric platform
To compute scores and generate reports for assessment responses
To authenticate your identity and protect your account
To improve the platform and fix issues
To communicate with you about your account or the service
All data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database with encryption at rest
All connections use TLS/HTTPS encryption in transit
Row-Level Security ensures you can only access your own data
Scoring runs in isolated server-side functions — results cannot be tampered with
We maintain audit logs of access to response data
Sessions automatically expire after 15 minutes of inactivity
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Assessment response data is only visible to the assessment creator and the respondent (if authenticated).
You can delete your assessments and their associated responses at any time from the dashboard. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, contact us at hello@betterspace.care.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management only. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics that track individuals.
PsyMetric implements technical safeguards consistent with HIPAA requirements, including access controls, audit logging, encryption, and session management. Organizations requiring a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) should contact us at hello@betterspace.care.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or an in-app notice.
