By accessing or using PsyMetric® ("the Service"), a product of BetterSpace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PsyMetric is a platform for creating, administering, and scoring psychometric assessments. The Service is currently in beta and is provided free of charge during this period.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You must provide accurate information when creating your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
You agree not to:
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Use the Service to collect data from minors without appropriate consent
Misrepresent assessment results or use them for discriminatory purposes
You retain ownership of assessments you create
You are responsible for ensuring your assessments comply with applicable laws and professional standards
Pre-loaded library instruments are provided for educational and clinical use — you are responsible for verifying their suitability for your specific use case
You are the data controller for responses collected through your assessments
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from respondents
You must handle response data in accordance with applicable privacy laws (including HIPAA if applicable)
PsyMetric is a tool for assessment administration and scoring. It is not a diagnostic tool. Assessment results should be interpreted by qualified professionals. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
BetterSpace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to clinical decisions made based on assessment results.
The Service is currently in beta. Features may change, and the Service may experience downtime. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability during the beta period.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
